My haircut is all types of Messedata up and I want a refund

I received an OK haircut and left in a hurry. Once I was home I realized the sides weren't barely touched and the back was still way too long. So I came back exactly 1 whole day later to ask for a trim on the sides and back and promised it would only take them 5 minutes. I was rejected and asked to pay for an entire new haircut which is outrageous. Worst customer service I've ever experienced with any hair salon. Let alone I have been coming for over a year! No matter what kind of client you are, they treat you like a nobody.
